Decade's Approach

We concentrate all our efforts on doing a few things well, which means we may only make a couple of investments each year.

We’re not a hedge fund, venture capital or traditional private equity. We invest permanent capital on behalf of a small group of family offices, founders and business owners whose philosophy matches our own. We seek to own minority interests in a handful of public and private businesses over the long term. Our entire focus is on ensuring these businesses are as successful as they can be.
